Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This policy explains how CC Hanoi A collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the website.

1. Information we collect

The application form asks for your name, company, role, phone number, email, and an optional message.

We also keep a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, whether you chose to hear about events, when you submitted, and which language the form was in.

We also run Vercel Speed Insights to measure site performance. It's anonymized, doesn't identify you personally, and isn't used for advertising.

2. How we use your information

We use your application details to contact you about joining CC Hanoi A, and keep them in Zoho CRM so our team can follow up.

If you chose to hear about meetings and events, we use your phone number or email for that purpose only, at most once a month. That choice is separate and optional: your application is handled the same either way.

We never sell or rent your information.

3. Sharing your information

Your application is stored in Zoho CRM, a service of Zoho Corporation. Our account sits in their United States data centre, which means your information is stored outside Vietnam. Zoho processes it on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Beyond these two providers and the CC Hanoi A team, we don't share your information with advertisers or anyone else.

4. Data retention

We keep your application on file for as long as we're processing it or maintaining your membership relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

The consent record is kept alongside it, because it is the proof of what you agreed to and when.

5. Your rights

Want to see, correct, or delete your information? Call 0904 600 604 or message us on Facebook, and we'll take care of it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time the same way. We'll stop contacting you and delete your record, apart from anything we're legally required to keep.

6. Children

This website isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the most recent change.

8. Contact

Questions about your data? Call 0904 600 604 or message us on Facebook.
